AI for Leaders
AI for senior executives: “It’s really important for senior executives to have some sense of what the different AI technologies are, what they’re good for and what stage of development they are in.” As well as the fact that AI gets things wrong frequently, but sounds confident which can lead to misinformation. The technology is not good at some things, and it’s fraught with copyright, privacy, and security risks. Even with all this, everyone should be experimenting with the technology to see what it can do, and how it can make work easier and more efficient. Playing playing poker with ChatGPT can teach us how AI models often have difficulty weighing potential gains and losses, which can lead to irrational decision-making and ultimately nonsensical choices.
Enterprises need to understand how to adopt ChatGPT securely taking into account data residency, model accuracy, transparency, and the creation of a custom generative AI model for each organization that is fine tuned for their unique requirements and data.
